Our Bistro, with its local, Italian-inspired flavors, is a popular destination for locals and vacationers looking for a gastronomic experience. Our young, recently graduated chefs, Miguel Thibeault and Étienne Noël, draw inspiration from the region to create a Latin menu paired with the grape varieties of the boot-shaped peninsula.
